Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive return shipping instructions
• Package the item securely with all original components
• Ship the item back using the provided shipping label

Return Conditions

• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included
• Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
• Return shipping label must be used

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been modified or altered
• Items that are not in original condition

Liability Limitations

NJT Automation is not responsible for:

• Any downtime, lost production, or business interruption costs related to returns
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from equipment issues
• Any costs associated with removing or replacing equipment
• Any costs related to shipping or handling of returned items
• Any costs associated with reinstalling replacement equipment
