Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with all original components
- Ship the item back using the provided shipping label
Return Conditions
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
- Return shipping label must be used
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been modified or altered
- Items that are not in original condition
Liability Limitations
NJT Automation is not responsible for:
- Any downtime, lost production, or business interruption costs related to returns
- Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from equipment issues
- Any costs associated with removing or replacing equipment
- Any costs related to shipping or handling of returned items
- Any costs associated with reinstalling replacement equipment
