NJT Automation ships via UPS and FedEx for reliable delivery across the United States and worldwide. We offer multiple shipping options to meet standard and time-critical requirements.

NJT Automation regularly supports time-critical shipments.

Available shipping methods include:

• Local pickup — same day at our Milwaukee facility
• UPS Same-Day — when available, within ~150 miles of Milwaukee (Chicago, Madison, Green Bay, Rockford, and surrounding areas)
• UPS Next Day Air — next business day anywhere in the contiguous US
• UPS 2nd Day Air — guaranteed 2 business days
• UPS 3 Day Select — guaranteed 3 business days
• UPS Ground — 1-2 days to IL, MI, IN, MN; 1-5 days nationwide (included in all advertised prices)
• UPS Worldwide Express — international shipping to 220+ countries, typically 3-7 business days

Shipments to Canada and Mexico are supported. Worldwide shipping is available to most destinations.

For urgent orders, courier delivery may be arranged shortly after order placement, subject to availability.

Shipping Time

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM CT are processed and shipped the same business day
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM CT are processed and shipped the next business day
• Saturday shipping available — UPS cutoff 3:00 PM CT
• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day
• Custom, configured, or special-order items may require additional processing time

UPS Ground shipping is included in all advertised prices. Expedited shipping options are available at additional cost.

• UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select — additional charges apply
• International shipping — rates vary by destination

International Shipping

NJT Automation ships to 220+ countries worldwide via UPS International services.

We handle the customs paperwork:

• Commercial invoices and export documentation prepared by NJT Automation
• Harmonized tariff codes (HS codes) can be determined
• Typical delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on destination

Recipient responsibilities:

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees
• These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise arranged
• A valid phone number is required for all international shipments
