Warranty Duration

NJT Automation provides a 1-year full-function warranty on all parts and repairs, beginning on the date the product is delivered.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers:

• Functional failures under normal operating conditions
• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Component failures that occur during normal use
• Repair, replacement, or refund at NJT's discretion

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, wiring, or configuration
• Failures caused by external equipment (motors, cabinets, power supplies, etc.)
• Damage due to electrical events (short circuits, phase loss, surges, lightning, etc.)
• Modifications, opening the unit, or repairs performed by anyone other than NJT
• Normal wear of consumable components (fans, keypads, fuses, batteries, etc.)
• Cosmetic issues that do not affect function
• Downtime, lost production, or any consequential damages

Warranty Process

• Contact NJT Automation with your order number and issue description
• Complete any recommended troubleshooting steps
• If needed, NJT will issue return instructions
• Upon receipt, NJT will repair, replace, or refund at NJT's discretion

Swap Program

For many items, next-day air replacement units are usually available to minimize downtime.
